  • Allowing Protestors at Iowa Causus Events is Just Wrong.

I represented the City of Freehold at the big Republican Party Freedom Rally in Hoyt Sherman Place, downtown Des Moines today. There were six or eight big Republicans there. Donald Trump, of course, gave an outstanding talk you can see on the link.

What burned me up was that atheists were allowed to carry around their stupid little signs on the sidewalk outside the auditorium. They were protesting all the wonderful religious messaging inside. The sign I hated most read:

THIS IS AN ELECTION, NOT BIG JESUS

The atheist homers do not understand, apparently, that the Presidential election is "Big Jesus." Without Republican political leaders explaining sin and what needs to be done about it, the exercise is pointless. Republicans are for punishing sinners, Democrats are for rewarding sinners.

By Steve Holland DES MOINES (Reuters) - Potential Republican presidential candidates for 2016 jockeyed for support from conservatives in the early voting state of Iowa on Saturday, and some raised doubts about the prospects for party front runners Mitt Romney and Jeb Bush. Activists attending the Iowa Freedom Summit heard criticism of President Barack Obama and fellow Democrat Hillary Clinton, who traveled widely as Obama's first-term secretary of state and is likely to run. Unlike her, I've actually accomplished something," Carly Fiorina, the former chief executive of Hewlett-Packard, said.
Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.
