  • Fruit of the Spirit

    But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
    Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
    Galatians 5:22-23

    Please note that "niceness" is not a Fruit of the Holy Spirit.

    "Let me be nice" is not a God Glorifying statement, but a self-centered one.

    So-called "niceness" by the standards of society will not accomplish the Will of God, but rather appease sinful men.

    Remember this the next time you want to use someone's preferred pronoun.
    Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

    Amen. Proverbs 13:24 makes it clear that the above-mentioned qualities of love and goodness can sometimes require being mean and harsh for the greater good. Using someone's "preferred pronouns" is an act of "niceness." It is also an act of hatred, of throwing one more faggot of sticks onto the pile of kindling that will ignite their soul for eternity.

    Every case of fag dragging, queer smearing, gay bashing, dyke raping, tranny stomping and so on is thus an example of Christian compassion and constitutionally-protected free speech.
    I was sinking deep in sin far from the peaceful shore,
    Very deeply stained within, sinking to rise no more;
    But the Master of the Sea heard my despairing cry,
    From the waters lifted me, now safe am I!

      Oh, how very true this is; and, it's something that so many people overlook. We, as believers, have a duty and a responsibility unto the . Spreading the glorious Gospel is hard, serious work. And, while we are not called unto niceness, it isn't like we are not being nice when we are doing 's work. Goodness, gracious! What could be nicer than to be telling people that the price of their sins will take them straight to (which is where they deserve to be) -- unless they get washed in the cleansing of ?!

      Matthew 25:46 "And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal."

      Colossians 4:6 "Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man."

      And , if not for the very gracious manner in which we have steered so many onto the precious path of salvation -- and to their own, mortgage-free mansion in Heaven -- then, those very people would be burning forever. Now, if that isn't thanks to us speaking graciously, then I don't know what is!
