As Rev. Rodimer points out; the original manuscripts are simply missing. There's no point denying it, so unless your pastor has the ability to travel through time, the congregation are wandering around in Spiritual Darkness.

It was only when God chose King James as his vessel that He produced His final and inerrant version. The rest and all subsequent books claiming to be a Bible are not, as they have faults, errors, amendments, omissions, etc.

You are barely half right. Just because you repent your sins, does not mean God accepts it. He could of ordained weeks earlier your death because he is fed up with your blasphemic ways. Once God decides your fate, that is it. Same reason deathbed confessions are a joke.
No one knows if God accepts their devotion until the either die or God speaks to them (this must be confirmed by a (Pastor or Reverend). All True Christian's have. God speaks to me all the time, guiding my thoughts and hands always.
