You seem to be a bit upset. Do yourself and all of us a favour and cool your temper with a nice bowl of soup:
Take half a liter of clear boullion, heat it to boiling point and toss in some rice pasta. While stirring, add an egg white. Garnish with a bit of basil. Sit down and enjoy.
