Atheists, if it is wrong to give your child to a religion why do you guys give your child a surname?

Just had an intensive prayer session. And quite often simple logic comes into my mind and I see some interestic truths. Like many atheists say it's wrong to give your children a religion. But shouldn't they then also not give their children a surname? It's kind of wrong giving your child a surname that it has to have all his life. It can't decide if it want's to have that name, right? So atheists stop giving your children a surname you double standart people!

For one thing, assigning a bullshit strict religion for your kid to follow for the entirety of their lifetime or else they "burn in hell" for all eternity is pretty fucked up to be honest. Secondly, giving your kid a surname doesn't affect their lifestyle, they can even choose to go by a different name or even change their name legally once they are old enough. So, no, you're dumb, your entire stupid fundamentalist church is dumb, and if god was real he would probably despise all of you.

I highlighted the part of your post that can cause irreparable harm to young people. In God's Word it is clearly stated that you could not be more wrong. Instead, Jesus tells us that unless you follow His footsteps, you are really going to burn in Hell for all Eternity. The Bible could not be more straightforward when it comes to this matter, the matter that matters the most as Eternity is a much longer time than some sorry fornication-filled decades on Earth.

And it cares about YOU (of course), enough to "despise" other members of this species that you feel are doing wrong.

Any evidence of the existence of said being? Nope? Still doesn't stop you from mocking those who believe in a God that they actually have evidence for (the Bible), and claiming that YOU know the true mind of the god that you claim to not "believe" in.
