    How did "True Disciple" know about the coming doom of Iceland?

    If I ever had any doubts before this that Landover Baptist is God's one and only TRUE Church, then those doubts are gone.

    Now maybe I am not understanding the events properly here, so maybe someone can explain them to me. From what I can see, a full 2 months before the Icelanders split Hell wide open, True Disciple predicted that this was going to happen. In the prayer request forum he told us to pray for a Tsunami, earthquake, or volcano eruption. And sure enough, it did. I think this is record timing for the Lord to get back to our prayer requests.

    But how did he know this was going to happen? Did he know? Or was it entirely the result of our prayers?

      It was entirely the result of our prayers. With prayers anything is possible!

      To most "Christians" The Bible is like a license agreement. They just scroll to the bottom and click "I agree". All those "Christians" will burn in Hell!

          He didn't know it was going to happen, he asked God to make it happen and God agreed that it was a good idea.

          The odds of this happening by chance are really less than 1 in a million.

          Either way: it's a miracle!

          Be wary of false Kumbaya Christians who use a highlighter and scissors to read the Bible. God wants us to read the lines, not between the lines. False Christians will go to Hell:
          Matthew 7:22           Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
          Matthew 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

          Asking a Christian to prove God exists is like asking him to prove his phone rings because yours doesn't. Make that call yourself! Dial 0800-get-on-your-knees-and-pray.

              MIRACLE, good observation. It all goes to show that if people want to understand both the present and the future, they need to attend Landover Baptist Church and follow world events on this site.

                      Don't forget, we prayed against Poland as wel, and look what happened to them.

                      We've just started praying against New Zealand, I'd be really worried if I lived on one of their stupid little islands about now.

                          Exactly, Brother. I never actually predicted it was going to happen, I don't pretend to be a prophet, that would be too much of a honor for me. I'm just a man.

                          However, God did show us the nasty truth about the hellhole of sin we know as Iceland, and driven by the Holy Spirit, we started praying. You might say that this is already a fulfillment of this Passage:

                          Acts 2:17:
                          And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

                          I'm 24, and I consider myself a young man. However, it was not so much a vision as well as a sudden, crystal clear realization of the truth, and we all experienced that in mid-February, young and old.

                          As I've shown in the other thread, the earthquake activity showed a significant increase right after our prayers started. Additionally, I myself wasn't even aware of this, and only heard of the catastrophe at the first eruption on March the 21st (which is my birthday, by the way. God always provides me with great birthday presents!).

                          Anyway, we should Glorify God for this Great Answer to our prayers!
                          Sweet Lord Jesus,
                          I want to pray for those who persecute me, my Lord.
                          Please, treat their children as you treated those of Egypt, when they upset you! (Psalm 135:8-9)
                          Dash their little children against the stones for their fathers iniquity! (Psalm 137:8-9)
                          Hit them on the cheek, and smash out their teeth! (Psalm 3:7)
                          Make their death and descent into Hell swift and terrible! (Psalm 55:15)
                          Scatter their broken bodies over the streets of their evil cities, like Benghazi, Amsterdam, Tokyo and Mecca! (Psalm 110:6)
                          Praised be Your Glorious Name™.
