This is what god says about LBC words of hate toward other people. You wanted Scripture to back it up..... Lets see you twist the words of God to fit what you think to be the truth and I will give you all the scripture you can handle about that as well....

(Psalms 37:8) 8 Cease from anger, and forsake wrath. Don’t fret, it leads only to evildoing.
(II Timothy 2:24) 24 The Lord’s servant must not quarrel, but be gentle toward all, able to teach, patient,
(Ephesians 4:31) 31 Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice.
(I Timothy 2:8) 8 I desire therefore that the men in every place pray, lifting up holy hands without anger and doubting.
(Colossians 3:8) 8 but now you also put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and shameful speaking out of your mouth.
(Ephesians 4:29) 29 Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear.
(James 1:19-20) 19 So, then, my beloved brothers, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger; 20 for the anger of man doesn’t produce the righteousness of God.

Matthew 5:7) 7 Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.

(Ephesians 4:32) 32 And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.

(I Peter 3:9) 9 not rendering evil for evil, or insult for insult; but instead blessing; knowing that to this were you called, that you may inherit a blessing.

(Luke 11:4) 4 Forgive us our sins, for we ourselves also forgive everyone who is indebted to us. Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.’

(Matthew 6:14-15) 14 “For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

(Mark 11:25-26) 25 Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone; so that your Father, who is in heaven, may also forgive you your transgressions. 26 But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your transgressions.”"

    I forgive you all.

Son, we have no anger. We only follow the words of God. If god tells you to do something, don't you have to do it, provided it does not go against secular law?
If God say not to do something, we do not do it. He is wiser than us. We read His books and follow His words as written. You can 'interpert' if you like but that is the same as spitting in His eye. He had the Bible written like it is with specific words in mind. He did not say in the appendix "make stuff up or read into what I wrote if you like it better".

Friend, I want to have to as a Church buddy. I think we can talk about a lot.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

As I wade through the forums I am overcome with words such as Fag, wetback, and a multitude of name calling from this churchs members.

(Colossians 3:8) 8 but now you also put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and shameful speaking out of your mouth.

This kind of hate talk is against gods word there for you are against god in your own words

2 Timothy 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.

Hebrews 12:5-8 And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him:
For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.
If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?
But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.

That's a complete and total lie. We take works very strongly at this church. We put on a free summer camp, we sponsor underprivileged black children, we have an ex-homosexual ministry.

What more do you want from us and we also don't allow racism here. We abhor it. If you see any, please contact a staff member at once.
Christians are superior because we possess an understanding that unbelievers lack. It is through the Power of Jesus only the converted mind is able to understand what is going on in the world; what the Communists are really up to; what Satan's intentions are. Most unbelievers do not even believe in Satan and cannot understand his tactics.

(Romans 12:19-21) 19 Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, “Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.” 20 Therefore “If your enemy is hungry, feed him. First of all, this is NOT a debate forum. Please read THIS thread before making an even bigger fool of yourself.

Secondly, while the internets might seem to be "free" to you, this particular corner of the internets is a privately owned Christian forum. The rights you have on this forum are listed HERE. Please contact a Pastor immediately if you feel that any of your rights have been violated.

Finally, your unsaved opinions or tantrums are not even slightly of interest to us. We follow the Holy Word of God TO THE LETTER, and make no apologies for that. One of the most important commandments in the Bible tells us to avoid unsaved scum such as yourself. You wandered in here uninvited, and unwelcome .

Please make a thread of your own in the "Introductions" section of the forum, so that we can properly greet you. Tell us about yourself, your church, and how you came to find Jesus.

And if you're here to flame us, better take a look at THIS before making an even bigger ass out of yourself.

I will pray that the Holy Spirit enter you and chase the demons out of your rectum and let Jesus fill you with His Grace. If you use your God-given free will to reject Christ and His temporary death on the cross for my sins, then you are sending yourself to hellfire.

I do, but it's not up to me. Paul clearly states they are worthy of death. Not only those who practice it, but those who support it as well. I'm all in favor of reforming them and making them ex-gay, but that's not what the Bible says in

                        Romans 1:26-28, 32
For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
                        And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

Amen, but didn't you read the parts about rebuking them before all and scourging? Are you trying to say the Bible is contradictory in parts?

I am trying to understand yours as well. We read the whole Bible not just the parts that are convenient or fit our notions. For instance when the Bible says,

Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

I don't question it. I simply understand that what might seem like love to me may not be the same thing to an immortal being. I simply have to obey without question.

Do you people not know how to use a search button? Do you think you're the first fluffy bunny lieberal false Christian to show up here?

Have you read the entire Bible? Jesus was no peace loving hippie who sat around saying "it's all good".

                              Please read this thread
                              Jesus was impolite
It will probably be a real eye opener for you.

As for loving our enemies, I do not see homosexuals as "the enemy". I see them as misguided souls that Satan is leading down the path to hell. What we practice here is tough love. If your child was about to touch a hot element on a stove, would you just let him do it? Or would you yell at him, hopefully startling him out of his dangerous act?

To be honest, I have more hope for an atheist homosexual than I do for liebral Christians. At least they know they're living a sinful life. You people just take whiteout to the Bible and then say that you're following Jesus.
