I love God and i hope to become a better Christian, I admire the way you are protecting your beliefs and want to learn from True Christians like you I really like to dray and also because of my profession everything related to chemistry. I am greek orthodox (i would really appreciate if you told me your opinion on greek orthodoxy) and my Church is Constantenopole's Patriarchate.

well i used to go to church of saints Peter & Paul but now i moved to Istanbul i go to the Ecumenical Patriarchate. My favorite Bible verse is Matthew 1:21 . I came to find Jesus here because i found out that my religion is corrupted and the only way to salvation is to accept Jesus as my Saviour

No actually they condemn preety much tha same thing as you (homosexuality, evolution ect)

I hear you that your church is corrupted. If the papists are into anal boy sex then how much more must a country that has a cultural heritage of catamites be that way inclined?

You do well to break away from it. So was it an uncomfortable feeling in your anus or a revelation from holy scripture that lead you to the realisation that most of Greece is damned to eternal Hellfire?

So what from the Bible shone out to you as wisdom beyond that of your culture?

I instantly think of the verses that tell us that we should beat children and kill them if they don't obey if they are rightly beaten but it could so easily be the idea that anyone who doesn't believe in Jesus and follow every one of His commandments should burn forever in Hell,

Popular culture suppresses this sort of thing but we know better.

You are very right. I didn't truly believed in Jesus but when i tried to do it, He turned my life into a living miracle
i would never quit masturbation and drugs if i didn't had His help

hahaha its a common minsconseption tha only greeks are greekorthodoxs but in fact the "greek" was added to avoid confusion with orthodox jews. In fact there are way more Russian and turkish believers than greeks

Yes i would if i had children because it's better for them to suffer a little here and be with God forever than to ignore Him and suffer forever
