A mysterious Bible verse, where is it?

John 5:4........I can't find it in my Bible! Did the gremlins from some liberal theological shindig remove it? I have John 5:3 and John 5:5, poor verse 4 seems to be on a wilderness trek. Any answers to this dilemna? Samson's Brother
Psalm 14:1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

Er... I don't really know what kind of point you're trying to make here.

John 5:4 For an angel went down at a certain season into the pool, and troubled the water: whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in was made whole of whatsoever disease he had.

Do you have reason to suspect an angel has troubled your water?

That's what happens when you use one of those false Bibles.

Next time, open up a KJV 1611

Indeed I have: take the Bible back to the place of purchase and exchange it for a KJV1611. If you have not got the receipt or cannot remember the shop, buy a KJV1611 anyway.

Well, that is the answer then! My old American Standard Version(the one issued at Bible College), does not have what you guys have. I am happy that some are still using the good old KJV, keeps us reprobates in touch with God Himself. You are truly learned scholars. SB

I still have my 90 pound Schofield Reference Bible in KJV. Is that on your approved list? SB

I prefer my Bibles to be unadulterated King James 1611, but it's better than having a translation tainted by the Jesuits any day.

I usually use the John McCain Study Bible. I find the study guides to be quite inspirational and helpful in my walk with Jesus. He has keen insights found not normally seen in other versions. He is truly a man who knows his theology. I am sure he will have many rewards some day in his final destination.

Hmmm. I'm not familiar with that. Next time I'm buying a Bible I'll have to look into it.

Now I'm starting to think you're here to mock Jesus, son.

You don't want to mock Jesus, do you?
