    What happened to these verses?

Luke 6:31 And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.

By reading this forum it seems that all of you guys wish being sent screaming to hell, as you are wishing that upon others, and you claim to be following the word of the bible to the letter.

Leviticus 19:18 Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD.

Leviticus 19:34 But the stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.

I see no love against any neighbours or strangers here on the forum, is there love against mexico to the south? I have yet to see that, is there love towards the asians, blacks and different thinking people who all inhabit your country and are your neighbours and strangers as well?

You are all disobeying the word of your god the lord

Re: What happened to these verses?

Leave it to a Godmocking atheist to take Scriptures out of context, scramble them all up, and throw them in our faces with hatred in his heart.

Look pal, why do you even care what the Holy Bible says? Why are you here arguing with us? You are not a Christian, and thus you lack discernment. You have no hope of understanding the full meaning and depth of the Holy Word of God, because your father is satan.

John 8:43 Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word. 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. 8:45 And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not.

By offering you our Christian rebukes, we are showing you our Christian love. But you can't see that, can you.

Again, you reveal how little you understand the Holy Bible.

Do you seriously believe that Jesus meant to love everyone when He said to love our neighbor? Why didn't He just say "love everyone" then? Why did Jesus spend so much time warning us about the fires of hell is He wants us to love unrepentant sinners?

You're as wrong as wrong can be, pal. My neighbors are True Christians(tm) one and all. I love them as God commands. But He never commanded us to love witches, queers, muslims, eskimos, or Godmocking atheists who pick on teenaged girls, of that I am sure.

All of those (though not the teenage girls) you seem as your enemies that are unenlightened, undesirables and unwanted therefor enemies right?

Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same? And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so?
              (Matthew 5:43-47)

How does this make you any better than me, witches, eskimos, muslims, black people?

Re: What happened to these verses?

The foundation of Christianity is love.

This love might seem harsh and brutal sometimes, but it is still very much love. Tough love is the best love, because it is honest and uncompromising. There is no untruthfulness, no sugar coating - just pure, honest Truth. And while the Truth may be a bitter pill to swallow, it is for your own good that we speak it, so that you might take it on board more fully and more appreciated. You know the sacrifice of CHRIST. The world could never owe Him enough. And here you are, whining about trivial issues. How does a few words on a forum even compare to the suffering of CHRIST?

You see, Christianity is for real men, real women, who are willing to be tested to the extreme, men and women who can take a punch and not go running home to mother. It is a hard and unforgiving life, but with the greatest of rewards - the grace of GOD and the Kingdom of Heaven.

We are not here to mother you or to protect your precious feelings. We will speak only the Truth.

                Praise The LORD.
May the call of Jihad be forever outshined, outmatched, and outlasted by the The LORD's Crusade, to the end of eternity and the extinction of mortal flesh. Let those who march against it in His name be as giants - pure of heart, strong of body, honored, invulnerable. May those warriors be burning stars in the firmament of battle, angels of death on shining wings, bringing swift annihilation to the enemies of CHRIST. Amen.

No, God hates them and commands their destruction. We hate no one and forgive everyone who injures us. However we can't forgive people who hurt others since we are not the injured party then. Atheists, witches and Muslims need to ask God for forgiveness. Until God says He has forgiven them we TRUE Christians must do the moral thing and destroy them.

True Christians(tm) are better than everyone else and therefor they go to Heaven. Everyone else goes to Hell. But there are differences. Black people and Eskimos can become True Christians(tm), although only a few of them will do that, Witches and Muslims can not.

Son, the Bible calls on us to rebuke, reprove, exhort.

                      2 Timothy 4:2
Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.

                      Titus 2:15
These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.

Here the Bible calls on us to do it in public, so others may fear.

                      1 Timothy 5:20
Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear.

If you can't take being chastised, you are a bastard.

                      Hebrews 12:6-8
For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.
If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?
But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.
Christians are superior because we possess an understanding that unbelievers lack. It is through the Power of Jesus only the converted mind is able to understand what is going on in the world; what the Communists are really up to; what Satan's intentions are. Most unbelievers do not even believe in Satan and cannot understand his tactics.

How are we duplicitous? How do we contradict each other, except occasional theological discussions? How are we hypocritical?

More importantly, as Pastor Zeke said, why do you care? You aren't a Christian.

Don't play games with us demon. You're here to play "gotcha!" with us. You're trying to trip us up and catch us in some trivial contradiction, so that you can feed your own pathetic ego and feel superior to "those dumb right wing Christians," when in fact, deep in your heart, you know that we're right. Jesus called you here and is keeping you here for a reason.
