If my child were to dress in a way as to invite such sexual advances, she would reveal her lack of purity in the first place. God's plan to have such a woman marry the man she seduced is a perfectly brilliant way to offer her a last chance at salvation.

Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.

yet lust is a sin. and raping someone is an act of lust.

if a man raped your child thus causing her to no longer be pure would you disown her or force her to marry a sinner
This sort of confused nonsense is what happens when atheists start to make up their own rules.

The Bible, however, is always totally unambiguous and clear to understand.

Also DEUTERONOMY 22:28 is in the Old Testament and so does not count, just like divorce law or Sabbath.

Matthew 5:18 "For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled."

    Have Heaven and Earth passed?

    Matthew is NT, btw.

Continue. Our answer is rather dependent on how you are going to twist scripture. A "yes" would be silly without knowing what you mean. How about you quote some scripture and ask us if we agree.

I thank the Good Lord every day that I am saved now. Now that I am saved, I can understand God's word.

Because of what the Bible teaches us through the Old and New Testaments about the role of women, I understand that the woman's feelings are simply unimportant in this matter. It is the father who now has damaged goods on his hands, a humbled daughter who cannot fetch a proper dowry.

Even to this day, even right now at this very minute, I can still hear Satan whispering to me inside my head, trying to trick me into rejecting the Word of God -- but what did she do to deserve this? she has experienced one of the worst things imaginable, and now she has to submit to this a**hole for the rest of her life? how is this justice? he should have his n*ts hacked off with a dull blade instead -- but I am not fooled. I can always recognize the voice of Satan, because he always tries to get me to ignore scripture and follow my own sinful mind.

If I sing hymns is a loud voice for long enough, the Devil usually gives up for a while.

I've followed the conversation with the false Christian and it never ceases to amaze me how they miss the point. Rape is not about respect for the woman; it's about respect for property. If you take a woman that belongs to someone else, whether you forced her or not is not the issue. That much is clear. Superimposing the secular idea that women are free agents is what's causing all the confusion.

Consider women like God does; that they are there to serve men and bear their children and suddenly it all snaps into focus.

Who am I to judge you?
