Army amputee thrown from NY roller coaster, dies


DARIEN, N.Y. (AP) — An investigation is under way into a roller coaster accident in upstate New York that killed an Army veteran who lost both his legs to a roadside bomb in Iraq. Teams of inspectors on Saturday were examining the Ride of Steel roller coaster at the Darien Lake Theme Park Resort, about 30 miles east of Buffalo. James Hackemer, of Gowanda, died Friday evening when he was ejected from the ride. The 29-year-old was missing both legs and part of a hip. The amusement park stayed open after the accident. Patrons were arriving again on Saturday morning.

I know this is an old post, but even Jesus healed the crippled. If you are going to say that God hates cripples, then you don't know God very well at all. You, my friend, are choosing to be in a lukewarm state, and according to Revelation, God will reject those in such a state.

You didn't bother to read through the whole thread did you. Sure, Jesus healed cripples....SOME of them. Why didn't He heal them all if he loved them so much?

The truth is this: God hates the condition of a cripple, not the person who is in such condition.

Don't give me any "He hates the sin, not the sinner" crap...

He is born blind because he is either soulless shell send as punishment for the parents or he is evil.

Although blindness is quite minor punishment, there could be some other reasons for that

Yes, Jesus chose to heal a few cripples because they repented. They started to really believe in God. But they were cripples in the first place because they deserved it.

Given these Holy Scriptures, why are we being forced by demoncrats to spend our hard earned tax dollars on such nonsense as "sheltered workshops" and wheelchairs?

It has been stated again and again on this forum that the fluffy 'God is love' version of Christianity is nothing but lies spread by people who twist the bibles heavenly word!

The bible states very clearly several groups of people and individuals God despises, in both testaments. God hates and shows us who is worthy of God's shining light of salvation and who shall burn in hell for an eternity!

The Bible NEVER says God loves everyone. Just the opposite. God actually hates quite a number of people.

Of course they cant choose to be crippled. They're CRIPPLED. That means they dont really think or have a soul, defective goods probably sent as punishment for the parents transgressions. Thats why girls should never kiss until their wedding day. God loves showering retards on a church that disobeys His word. Thats why Landover Baptist stands alone and can lay claim to a 0% retarded child rate within the city limits of Freehold. Thats a blessing from Jesus.

Probably the best compromise would be a visit tonight with a Sawz-all. A few strategic cuts in supporting timbers; not all the way through, but enough to reduce integrity by 90 percent.

This way, as the drooling retard is being pushed up the ramp, the entire structure should collapse as he nears the top, praise Jesus! Any remaining gimps making their way toward the church will flee.
