Well, I was doing some thinking, about how you folks are always on about abortion? It got me to thinking, seeing as you take everything from the bible, what does the bible have to say about or against abortion? Well, I'll tell you. NOTHING. If anything, the bible seems to have nothing against abortion at all! And here's a few instances in the bible to support my case:
Psalm 137:9
9Happy shall he be, that taketh and dasheth thy little ones against the stones.
So, you find abortion unacceptable, yet you go by a book that seems to be A-Ok with dashing babies against stones? And here's some more:
Isaiah 13:18 Their bows also shall dash the young men to pieces; and they shall have no pity on the fruit of the womb; their eyes shall not spare children.
Obviously, the bible isn't too fussed about unborn children in the above. No pity on the fruit of the womb. Sounds like a bunch of abortions waiting to happen right there!
And in the following passage, this seems to be an example of a prayer for many abortions, or, phrased here, miscarriages:
Hosea 9:14Give them, O LORD: what wilt thou give? give them a miscarrying womb and dry breasts.
And then there are the arguments you make about the soul of the baby. Even the bible doesn't seem to support your theory of a soul in the unborn baby, rather it seems to associate soul, and life, with breath, as illustrated here:
Genesis 2:7 7And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
This seems to imply, right here, that this became an ensouled man upon the receipt of breath. One would assume, then, that the same could be said of babies. Unborn babies haven't taken a breath yet, now, have they?
Mind you, the bible doesn't seem to have qualms against killing babies with or without souls.
So, what do you fundies have to say about that?

. You could show me example after example, meanwhile striving to hide the most important point of all.
