Most people, no matter how little they know of the Holy Bible, are aware of at least one very famous Bible text:
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. - John 3:16
This verse, along with a handful of others, gave rise to the most errant ideas about Christianity ever:
That GOD loves everybody equally and is taking us all to Heaven.
Most Christians only have a vague idea of what it takes to get to Heaven. They think it involves generous heaps of tolerance of sin, kindness in the form of not telling others they are going to Hell, and loving everybody.
Entire churches have been founded on this notion, and they spread it like a drug that poisons the mind and blinds the eyes to GOD's truth.
Fortunately, not all Christians are entirely ignorant of the Bible, except for one verse.
Some of us read the entire Bible and make a serious attempt to understand it.
That is why I am here to show you what follows your favorite Bible verse:
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
So far we're still in familiar territory for you. GOD wants to save us. Check.
But what's this...
18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
Did you get that?
If you do not believe in JESUS CHRIST,you are GOING TO HELL!
GOD won't mind dropping you straight into everlasting fire if you so much as fail to think He exists, so do not give me any lines about how He loves everybody and wants to take them to Heaven.
GOD will not invite filthy unsaved trash into His home.
19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
The Bible says that the light of JESUS CHRIST condemns sinners, and they flee from it because they embrace their sinful lifestyles, rather than praising JESUS like they ought to.
20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
If you are a sinner, you already hate JESUS. End of argument.
21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
Those of us who want to be redeemed and serve JESUS CHRIST in Heaven forever and ever have come forward into GOD's light to be purified of our sins through acceptance of JESUS as our Lord and public shaming in front of the congregation.
So let's remember the important lesson here:
JESUS is here to redeem those who are willing to submit to Him and worship Him.
People who embrace sin, including people who tolerate sin, are damned to Hellfire Everlasting.
Remember that the next time you try to twist a single Bible verse to justify not being extreme enough.
