Is the Moon really made out of cheese?

I was always told as a child that the Moon was made entirely out of green cheese?

However, after the faked Moon Landings, Scientists have been trying to convince us that it's made out of rock! Do we know this to be true? Can it be proven?

What does the Bible teach us about the composition on the Moon? Does it say anything about cheese?

I just wondered where my parents obtained this fact.

Further to my original message, I've done a little digging.... apparently it WAS the Scientists after all who gave us this dubious Cheese-'fact'.

Yes, when my parents told me the Moon was made out of cheese, they were going on so-called scientific evidence presented from the fake Moon landings!!!

Here is why many believe the Moon is made out of cheese -

The landings of Apollo 11 and Apollo 12 on the moon sent shock waves through the moon's surface, which were detected on a seismograph. By measuring the speed of shock waves through rock (known as the seismic velocity), the density of the rock can be estimated.

The higher the seismic velocity, the denser the rock. Seismic velocities for moon "rock" were compared to those of rocks from various locations. The results were published in Science, and are shown below:

It is clear from this that moon "rock" is considerably less dense than any type of rock found on earth. The scientists then decided to examine the seismic velocities of various cheeses from around the world. Some of the results are shown below:

The seismic velocity of moon "rock" is much closer to cheese than any rock found on earth. I admit that this is not conclusive proof that the moon is made of cheese, but in the words of the scientists:

I wonder if any of these so-called scientists carved out a chunk of the green-Moon-cheese, to see what it tasted like? Since the Moon Landings never actually happened, and were filmed in a Hellywood studio, I highly doubt it!

Scientists want us to believe the Moon in made of cheese.... they had my parents brainwashed, but NOT me anymore!

I’m not sure what the "precious things" are supposed to be - probably a Godly mystery to be revealed in time - but

Ne:10:32: Also we made ordinances for us, to charge ourselves yearly with the third part of a shekel for the service of the house of our God;
Ne:10:33: For the shewbread, and for the continual meat offering, and for the continual burnt offering, of the sabbaths, of the new moons, for the set feasts, and for the holy things, and for the sin offerings to make an atonement for Israel, and for all the work of the house of our God.

I think the Moon must be associated with food (not necessarily dairy products) but not composed of it.

God is a great one for creating things out of dust; I suspect the moon is dust.

The moon is clearly made of condensed electromagnetic radiation, as it clearly says in the bible that god put it in the sky as the light of the night. We all know light is radiation, so that must be what the moon is...duh!
