Consider this as a Christian:
The first picture represents an Angry God in a world that has forgotten Him. The Church was Catholic and the denizens were degenerate. God promised not to flood His Creation again, but the small print did not include plagues that He in His Mercy and Wisdom, inflicts upon the Godless. God is offended.
The second picture shows the birth of the Greatest Country the world has ever known and ever will know: a land founded on Christian values and now Blessed by Him a land in which hard, honest work is not only the way to riches, but the path of a Christian life. A lesson on how to accept your lot and not offend God
The third picture shows soldiers for Jesus, and with Jesus beside them and fulfilling God's commands, there can be no defeat - even when the opposition had "chariots of iron." God is offended by the Germans.
The fourth picture is what should concern you. There is a clear message. But you are probably ahead of me: it depicts a godless people about to suffer another plague and so the cycle goes around.
"Wait a moment!" I hear the cry from the tin-tithers' seats, "Just how can you conclude this? All I see is some whiny millennials."
And I reply, "Yes, and that is all I see too! And it is Blasphemy writ large! Did not Our Lord say in Matthew 5:39 King James Version
"But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other ..."
And did He not also say:
Nah1:2 God is jealous, and the LORD revengeth; the LORD revengeth, and is furious; the LORD will take vengeance on his adversaries, and he reserveth wrath for his enemies.
Nah1:3 The LORD is slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked: the LORD hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.
The Bible is a simple Book to understand - a road map for life and a moral compass: How can the faithful become lost? It is impossible.
The snivellers in picture 4 are wallowing in self-pity because someone has upset them! And this is loathsome in His Sight, more than that, they are assuming God's Role! No matter what has happened, it is God's job to be upset - not man's! And you cannot take such power from God.
The logic is simple: We fight the Lord's battles - we do not fight our own. We accept what we are given by Him with a joyful heart. We are upset only when the Lord is upset, and the Lord is only upset when He is affronted. It does not matter how upset we are - it is of no consequence - we only become upset because God has been upset by the wicked.
