He may just be young in Christ, but he's learning and trying his best. As he goes along, his rebuking will become more refined, but he still needs to learn to properly rebuke and if you heathens are going to come to a True Christian forum, then by default you are offering yourselves up as sinners for him to practice on. The last thing the boy needs is for a couple of witches to rebuke him when they should be counting themselves lucky to not be two smoldering piles of ash blowing away in the wind!

We have repeatedly told you that we only state the Truth as God has written in His Word. We don't necessarily like all of it, but that doesn't give us the right to ignore the bits we don't care for. We may state that God commands us to commit genocide, but that doesn't mean we think it's a neat idea. You, on the other hand, advocate murdering anyone who doesn't think like you do. See the difference?

So you don't advocate genocide while your god does. Am I the only one confused here? (and I probably am). You god doesn't even fit with your own morality! I've said it before here, why would God make a race of humans and instill a revulsion to things like genocide in them, and then command them to commit genocide?

I never said Yahweh doesn't exist. He may have been a puppet of Satan, or something else entirely, but any being that is not a god can be killed.

Well I have a problem with it too! It's just that Jesus' message is a lot more... digestible... to sane people than that of the Old Testament. For example, Jesus said: "Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy." Yahweh in the Old Testament commanded to mercy against a conquered people. Anyone see a condtradiction here? And that is why I believe Jesus to be an acceptable role model.

Shol'va, don't be such a nitwit; the Jews were fighting evil of paganism for a milieu before Jesus came to earth. What do you think the Romans were up to? Spreading sweetness and light with their swords? The only reason there was any peace in Judah at the time was the Romans would kill anybody who disturbed it and that my friend was the problem. The Jews were compromising The Lord’s will, nay twisting and spitting on it, to accommodate the Romans and the Greeks by living in peace with them. What Jesus was telling them the only way back to righteousness was to stop the appeasement, arm themselves, trust in The Lord to led them to victory over a military power ten times their size that had destroyed every other state worth mentioning at the time and had already defeated Judah once.

So what happened Sho’va? I tell you; in 80AD the Jews headed God and revolted. They did all right at first but they broke God’s law by fighting on the Sabbath. At that point God had enough of the Jews and abandoned them. The Romans overran Judah, stormed Jerusalem, burnt the Temple and enslaved the Jews. So that is what happens when you take pick and chose what you want from God and tell Him to sod off when it comes to something you don’t like; God lets your enemies destroy you.
