    As the soul is in the breast, then the head is a relatively unimportant organ. Thus "head transplant."

Since, unlike what atheist America hating Obama voters say, the soul has nothing to do with the body, she would still be the same annoying person, but no longer be able to yap. What does it cost to ship a frail woman to Italy?
