How can we be #2 to the heathen Turkey Mooslems? I am sickened that 40% of our great Country worship monkeys and 20% are wishy-washy pansies.

This chart depicts the public acceptance of evolution theory in 34 countries in 2005. Adults were asked to respond to the statement: "Human beings, as we know them, developed from earlier species of animals." The percentage of respondents who believed this to be true is marked in blue; those who believed it to be false, in red; and those who were not sure, in yellow.

A study of several such surveys taken since 1985 has found that the United States ranks next to last in acceptance of evolution theory among nations polled. Researchers point out that the number of Americans who are uncertain about the theory's validity has increased over the past 20 years.

Halelujah! Our kids are being taught the fundamentals in the public schools! Sometimes we fret that sekularism is making inroads -- but obviously that is not the case.

And Turkey is hardly a country at all -- western or otherwise, so they don't count.

I'm looking at the gap between believers and non-believers - it is here that our efforts must be concentrated. Those in the gap are the floating voters who, with the help of Landover, stand some chance of finding the key to the Eternal City.

We could start a Missionary push under the slogan "God of the Gap" or "The God of The Gaps" or something like that.

The fact that so many people in the mooselimb country of Jiveturkey recognize the truth just goes to show you that even a stopped clock is right twice a day. Of course, the mooselimbs and evil-utionists will spend eternity as next-door neighbors, but then maybe that will make hell that much more hellish for both.
