Nature does not always fall in line with our predispositions of what makes us comfortable. Is God just a way to bring comfort into your life? A sense of purpose? Life can be purposeful without God. You can be moralistic, pleasant, well-adjusted, as I would like to think I am.
It was said in The Purpose Driven Life, that we where created for God's pleasure. If that is true, then certainly God is very sick. Rape, murder, torture, the list would go on and on. So you attribute that to the devil? Then God must enjoy the devil, as God CREATED the devil. Also, on evolution, wouldn't that be how God was created. Forming via a pre-dietal soup, so to speak. Because God had to be created somehow.
Science is just the new creation story. Except it is based on facts. Not fables.

Also, would it not be in violation of the Ten Commandments to worship Jesus?
