Because people are losing their pinkey toes and molars after generations because they are no longer needed by the body, as well as our second stomach which is now a spleen?

Losing your pinkie toe is more of a disability than progression. I don't believe in evolution, but I do know someone who had her pinkie toe de-boned, sort of like a hot wing. The doctors left the rest of the toe to just flop around. With her new hot wing toe this woman couldn't keep her balance and fell down quite often.
