If the Bible were fiction, then how do you explain your presence? Where does everything around you come from? How can you say things so patently absurd? Without God, there is nothing.

Well quite obviously, God is far too important to bother with having to actually write down the words himself. I mean COME ON! He's probably the best Multi-tasker there will ever be. As well as being Omnipotent of course.
It's quite obvious that he got those Guys to write it all down for him.
After all, it is God's Word.

If he can create everything, why wouldn't he just create a book in no time?

I didn't say that Jesus was made up, I said that I believed some of the stories about him were.
Alexander the Great, while a real person, also had stories made up about him, including, interestingly enough, that he was the son of God.
