I would argue that by questioning something, you take it MORE seriously. My reasoning is that if you take something seriously, you will think about it and ponder it. If you don't take something seriously, you will simply dismiss any problems because it isn't important enough to you to think about these challenges.

Hey brother alex, how can you be so judgemental towards your fellow humans? calling a muslim person "mudslimes"??? how are you acting out Jesus's Will for us by not even listening to what that person has to say and then offer your legitimate "proof"...i believe every Word of the Bible, but sometimes we humans take the Word of God and make our own assumption based on our own opinion, and we end up decieving ourselves and others in the process. Love your enemy as you would love yourself and your brother, for that is what Jesus wants. and by the way, i love how you claim your edge of the earth pictures are real.. are you that delusional?? those are obviously artist interpretation....also, how does your church not welcome non-believers too?? shouldnt we try to help as many people be turned to a life of worshipping God and Jesus Christ so that our fellow human doesnt end up suffering in hell?? if you only help people who are already believers of Christ, you arent really helping anyone at all since their salvation is already set. Also, none of us know for sure if we are saved unless we continuously repent and work towards living our lives for Christ. I think this whole debate is stupid. You all say God wants this and wants that and says to hate these people because they don't follow our beliefs and that science is wrong. Coming from someone who has a PhD in astrophysics, and has been in a plane that went high enough to see the curvature of the earth, the earth is NOT flat. The sun is 93 million miles away. The sun is not a diamond, because if it was it would not give off any heat. Gravity is proven to be real, along with the other facts I have just mentioned. You guys are so ignorant that you cloud your own judgments by taking the bible out of context. You use single phrases in the bible as weapons against other beliefs, but when you read the whole passages, they aren't intended for your personal arsenal. The bible is a story, to use as a guideline to do good yourself. It also shows how our God loves us so much, that we should be inspired to just be helpful to others and be kind to all living things. Coming from someone who loves space as much as I do, and mathmatics, I still love God and you all should understand you aren't always right. Were you there when this all happened? No. Did God personally tell you that you can insult other people and call them scum of the earth?
