Matthew 5:10-11:
Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
And of course, the Bible predicted that scoffers would come in the Last Days:
2 Peter 3:3-7:
Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,
And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:
Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
Now, I would like to refer again to the Scripture I quoted. I have provided Scriptural evidence for each and every one of my claims. Are you saying that you know things better than God, who wrote the Bible?

Oh, and now I remember, you were the guy talking about "symbolism" in the Bible, which is just another word for throwing out the inconvenient Scriptures and keeping the "nice" ones, completely ignoring, of course, that the Bible tells multiple times that all of Scripture needs to be obeyed. And anyway, you still have to come up with a reason to dismiss these parts as symbolical, but the other parts as literal. How would you possibly make that distinction?
Is the crucifixion of Jesus also not to be taken literally? If it isn't, what is the point in believing in Him, if He is just an idea? If it is, why should we arbitrarily choose other parts to "interpret" as "symbolic?"

Actually You just copied it. All these theories were used and created by the Roman Catholic church years ago and many people were killed by the inquisition because of it.

So if you truly believe these nonsense, your in favor and supporting the old Roman Catholic church.
Which makes this a rather dumb statement.

And if everyone back then thought the same way as you, it would be impossible to be posting in this forum, because internet or even computers would not exist, and the Catholic church would still be the highest authority. So THANK GOD, these theories have been blown away and were proved wrong many years ago.
As well as this one (which would in fact be pretty dumb already if you were right about the catholic church saying this before).
