Wow have you never seen seaweed? That's a plant that LIVES underwater as does SeaVegg, Phytoplanktons, Plant roots, Seagrass,
'Limu Moui' and 'Poseidonia' sea plant under seabed and Sea Grapes.

Nobody believes that God literally sat down and carved all the books of the Bible into stone tablets. He has better things to do than that, like smiting unbelievers. Though the Bible was manually written by humans, this does not change the fact that it is the Word of God. The fact that the KJV exists shows that God takes an interest in his Word not being corrupted and keeps it authentic.

Your technological progression and "science" is proved wrong again and again, and the ironic part about that is its usually "scientists" proving it wrong! Here's a couple of examples for you think about: "Vulcanism" "Aether" and "Phlogiston". It is only the Bible that has remained consistent and impossible to prove wrong for the past 6000 years of history, so explain to me why we should stop believing it now?
