I'm sorry to say that the fact that the earth is flat has been dis-proven by people for about 3000 years now.
Here are faults in your experiments (an experiment, by the way, is scientific no matter what):
1: Jump- if you jump on a moving train, you will land in the same spot you jumped from provided the train has not accelerated or slowed in the time you spent in the air. The same is true for the Earth. It is moving. If you jump, you will land in the same spot, unless you are in a very windy place.
2: Blow- The earth's gravity is greater than the gravity of a balloon. All atomic mass has gravity. Though it's origin is not understood wholly, it is most likely a complex effect of mass occupying space. The more mass, the bigger the dent in space it makes, causing other bits of mass to become attracted to it. Generally, for human-sized, or even mountain sized things, mass is non-consequential. When it comes to planets and stars, mass can be very powerful considering the sheer magnitude of things
3: Get high- Getting High enough will actually reveal the curvature of the earth the higher up you go. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fXkoIBDXwd8 check that out. It's one of many videos showing high-altitude balloon video. If you really don't believe it, get in a space ship and orbit the earth.

Experiments you can do to prove that the earth is NOT flat:
1: WALK: Walk/travel in one direction: if you walk in one direction, you'll come back to the same spot no matter which angle you begin at.

2: TIME: Look at timezones: If the earth was flat, the sun would rise at the same time for everyone every day. Try a webchat or look at webcams with someone who lives 12 hours away from you if you don't believe me.

Measure the distance to the horizon which is accurate and has been tested countless times by pretty much any mathematician or bored student with too much time on their hands

4: Just TRY to find where the Earth ends. It has to end somewhere. The sun doesn't pop out of the ground. Hint: You will never find the edge, you'll just end up doing experiment #1

Your erroneous fantasies almost made me laugh. The Holy Bible, Authorized King James Version of 1611 is the most advanced and accurate science book ever written. Nowhere does it contradict itself and all its contents are supported by strong historical and scientific evidence. Therefore this theory that the Bible was written by man is surely just total nonsense. Of course the best proof that the Bible was written by the means of divine direction can be found just by reading the Bible, for example:
