The light generated in a flashlight is sent out in a specific direction because of it's casing the light won't go to the sides. But as for the sun, it has no casing. Light is generated at every point of it's surface and sent to every direction.

Again, you have quoted no scripture to support what you've said.

The light of the sun cannot travel in all directions. The sky would block any light that shone UP - if there were any, which is unlikely because the sun was created to illuminate the earth. The sky is like the lid of a wok.

The sky is a solid dome. God, who made it, tells us that it is strong and made like a looking glass (we call that a mirror). During the bronze age, mirrors were made out of metal cast into the appropriate shape and polished. (Later mirrors had a layer of glass on top of the metal to prevent scratching, which remains the construction today for the type of mirror called a "looking glass"). Metal can be bent, curved, bowed (military bows were reinforced with metal to increase draw force) and God indeed has bent the dome of the sky in a similar way so that we can be fairly certain that it is made from metal. If any light from the sun did shine away from the earth, it would be reflected back.

The fact that it is not daytime in Vladistok and Paris at the same time confirms that the sun is either too low down for its light to reach Paris, when the sun is over Vladivostok - due to intermediate hills, trees, buildings etc., - or not bright enough to illuminate at that range. It is a moot point however: the fact is that it IS dark when the sun is insufficiently near.

You have mentioned that gravity is a force. My comments relate to the actual position of the physicists you seem to rely on, rather than what you would like them to think or what they thought 350 years ago. I am not endorsing their views, but I do know what they are. Perhaps for the purposes of a fairground display gravity might be presented as a force the performer defies at his peril

Criticism is good, it improves development. What I don't like are insults. Various of your forum members have mocked me and called me a liar simply because they did not understand my explanation. Getting angry over something you don't understand, or are not trying understand is weak.

Fact is, you use the technology that is available today. And the people who made it possible for you to use, the scientists who have worked a lifetime on research and development to create this technology that you take for granted. Those are the same people you wish to condemn. You have no bit of respect for the hard work these people did, so you could live the life you live right now. And at the same time you insult these people. Believing in a god I can understand, but condemning the people beside you while eating the fruit of their labour is outrageous. If there is indeed a god in your heaven, I hope he will show you no remorse.

But gravity is a force, or otherwise called "gravitational force", and I'm using magnets as a comparison. The bigger magnet will have a bigger magnetic force. The earth has more gravitational force than the balloon.

Arguments aside with regards to the existence of god or not, how can the earth POSSIBLY be flat, I mean really, get out of your house more. You can sail from one point of the world, and go in one direction right until you go around the world and get right back to where you are. That is FACT. OH WAIT, there must be some sort of vortex that just teleports you right, or god picks you up by his mighty hands and places you safely right where you were.
