Oh and lookie here! Right under the paragraph you quoted yourself:

I will admit, I was totally incorrect on the carbon dating. It's not available for use past 5700 years. However, that's not to say dates cannot be calculated.

Do yourself a favor. When citing a source and providing a link to that source: Read it through. By citing it for your argument, you're practically agreeing with it, thus disproving what you said.
(If you want, you can post 'Case Closed' right about now.)

First you apologize for not understanding Carbon Dating, then you compound your error by not reading and comprehending the link the good Sister provided:

" We’ve listed five faulty assumptions here that have caused overestimates of age using the carbon-14 method. The list of non-compliant dates from this method is endless. Most evolutionists today would conclude that carbon-14 dating is – at best – reliable for only the last 3000 to 3500 years."
In summary, you call yourself a "Christian" but reject the Truth of the Bible (KJV1611).

Re: Hello, I noticed that many of you don't understand evolution.

What I reject is fundamentalism and the use of the literal translations of the Bible. Compounded upon this, is the fact that the Bible was not written in English and that errors in literal meaning are even easier to come by.

Here. Let me quote it for you again Willy.
Radiometric dating involves the use of isotope series, such as rubidium/strontium, thorium/lead, potassium/argon, argon/argon, or uranium/lead, all of which have very long half-lives, ranging from 0.7 to 48.6 billion years. Subtle differences in the relative proportions of the two isotopes can give good dates for rocks of any age.
Last time I checked 48.6 billion years was longer than 6010. I dunno though maybe you'll find a way to deny that as well.

Once again you are spouting off about things you are completely ignorant of. God Himself gave us the Holy KJV1611 Bible. Take a look at THIS!

And once again I will repeat; radio carbon dating is a failed theory. Scientists pulled that out of their behinds. I challenge you to answer THESE questions.

You are trying to play a game of wonderland croquet on us by moving the hoops. Your quote did not come from the link that Sister Mary Maria provided, but from here:

It is not a question of "fundamentalism", but one of epistemology. You are what we call a salad bar Christian. You pick and choose what parts of the Bible (KJV1611) you are willing to "believe". The fact of the matter is that "scientists" are constantly changing their minds about things. If you expect Salvation, God has spoken in how He want us to live our lives. If we were to listen to you then every time some "scientist" makes some kind of proclamation about some new "theory" we are supposed to go back and reinterpret God's Holy Word. "Scientists" have somehow been anointed "Prophets" of the Lord.

For the love of God William. Click the linked text she quoted before calling me a liar. My text did come from the link she provided. The second one. No need to apologize, I accept.

I believe you have to interpret the Bible in order for it to be relevant and make sense. Do I believe God was angry at people for building a big tower called Babel that would reach heaven? No I don't because heaven isn't 1000 feet in the air. Obviously some parts of the Bible specifically the earlier chapters were not from the mouth of God.

People wrote these texts. People didn't understand the world they lived in so they sometimes had to take a creative liberty. If the bible is literal, tell me where are the dinosaurs? I'm not saying this disproves the Bible's legitimacy, but it in fact confirms one cannot take everything in the Bible word for word.

Ezekiel, I've already answered most of those questions. God made us. God made us using evolution as his tool. It's not a far out theory. It fits with both religions and with common scientific facts.

Young man (or woman) that's one of the silliest things I've ever heard. And I done heard plenty. Every part of the hellbound theory of evolution is against the biblical truth, and vice versa. They do not go together. They never will. More and more false Christians try and take bits of Darwinista jibber jabber and claim that it has been part of God's doing all along. GOD DOES NOT CHANGE!!

So according to you God, the all powerful creator of the universe, left behind the owner's manual (the Bible - KJV1611) that has to be reinterpreted every time some random "scientist" changes his mind, and you are the arbiter of what the Bible (KJV1611) really says.

You are probably the kind of person that buys a car and when the owner's manual say to change the oil every 5,000 miles you choose not to do so because you find it inconvenient.

Yes because the Bible specifically says that those are the only generations from Adam to Christ, and not even the Christian world can agree that its exactly 6000 years old some put the estimate (thats right estimate) at around 8000 to 12000 years old. Even those dates are up for debate.

And yes ive probably studied the Bible more than you would ever think of, im not a mindless religious zealot that cant think critically about my own faith, or you know actually find answers in the Bible instead of misquoting random verses from it. Its all about context, honey

                              Micro evolution maybe, maybe?

How else would tiny organisms keep becoming resistant to new antibiotics?

You can't disprove evolution by saying you didn't come from a monkey. Yes we may have descended from a form of primate but it wasn't like Transformers, ROBOTS IN DISGUISE- it was many small alterations over the years as evolution took its place.

God using divine dictation. When Wash O'Hanley dictates his books to his secretary, she may place the text down, but it's still Brother Wash's book.

How else would tiny organisms keep becoming resistant to new antibiotics?
Because there is no such thing as these tiny organisms you're blabbering about. The first time the "antibiotics" are used, the demons infesting the sick are scared away as they think it might be some kind of anti-demon poison. But as they realize that it's no threat to them, they start coming back.
Until they are fooled again. Nobody said that demons are smart.
