            Depends what you mean by "powers."

            It's really easy to break negroid limbs, you don't need any powers for that! I think we should begin testing immediately.

            We'll need at least a thousand negroids for a proper study to be done, I would think.

            I suggest we put an ad in the paper for free chicken and waffles and go from there.

              I think that, under normal circumstances, they have to grant all of our wishes, regardless of how many limbs of them we break. The Hamites are a subservient race, after all, and have to do just as they're told.
