Re: Tyrannosaurus Rex: The Giant Kangaroo
We have one of those. It was bought from a travelling circus in 1872 by Pastor Haggi Flint for $15,000. The price was justified as it came with certificates showing that it had been found close to Mount Ararat by a descendant of Noah.

I'm counting the days until our Landover Baptist University creation paleontologists discover a wombaceritops fossil. That will put the last nail in the evolution fake news conspiracy.

Re: Tyrannosaurus Rex: The Giant Kangaroo
I can understand your skepticism. I think you have to keep in mind that in "science," that word doesn't mean quite the same thing as it does to sane human beings. Scientists will be the first people to tell you that, technically, they can't actually "prove" anything, and as my atheist "friends" are so fond of telling me (as if they're proud of the fact), one of the highest degrees of "scientific proof" is the "theory." Their ideas start as a hyperbole, and then as more and more dumbasses argue and get shot down, eventually that hyperbole becomes validated, and then when even more dumbasses say dumb things, eventually that validated hyperbole becomes a theory. It's really just proof by failing to be disproved, which is why the Bible is the best science ever, and why we refer to God's Law. Which you should take pride in, because by just posting here, you're advancing science!Originally posted by dalebrythescienceguy View PostThe writer seems to have something in common with many conspiracy theorists I know--not knowing the definition of the word "proof".
So, in this case, I'm pretty sure that we're going with how scientists talk, which doesn't always use words the same way that actual people do. When Dr. Jones says that he's proven that T. Rex (lit., "tyrant kangaroo king") is just a giant kangaroo, what he means is that he has a theory, maybe only a little more valid than Darwin's theory of evolution.

And then, an obvious misquote.

So, evolutionists are "devil worshippers"; I've only read three posts in this thread, yet, already, I have discovered three cases of flawed logic. I'm afraid to read any further!

Re: Tyrannosaurus Rex: The Giant Kangaroo
So what we are getting from this is, that Dinosaurs did once exist. Interesting that, ask someone a few years back, they would of said that they didn't exist and the fossils are throw us off.
Interesting indeed.

The writer seems to have something in common with many conspiracy theorists I know--not knowing the definition of the word "proof". He states that, since the Kangaroo and the T. rex have so many skeletal similarities that, that, in itself, is "definite proof", that the Kangaroo is a direct descendant of the T. rex, specifically, that they are the same animal, with only minor morphological differences, i. e., size. Even a janitor* *can see that the logic here is flawed.
**Yes, I'm a janitor.

Re: Tyrannosaurus Rex: The Giant Kangaroo
Thank you for demonstrating a typical atheist reply full of hate. Why is it, when you have nothing to say, you try to put people down? Does it make you feel better when you imagine that you are so much better than all those "other people"?Originally posted by Zandthee View PostI do honestly wonder whether you people are in the same family since your intelligence is far down that of the average human.
On the other hand, what do you have against retards? You clearly try to use person whose intelligence is far down that of average human as an insult here. Why do you hate retards so badly, that in your mind it's worst insult you can come up with? I have to warn you, we do not look kindly on that kind of hate speech here.
Of course God has made these people spasctic as a punishment for their sins (or sins of their fathers) so He does not obviously like them. That however is stated in the bible, so cause is just. What is your reason for hating these gimps?

Well said, Jack! I've also heard from my liberal acquaintances that IQ tests favor white people over blacks. That's certainly plausible, as the typical IQ test doesn't contain word problems involving grams and ounces of crack cocaine.
Given our well-known anti-racist stance, is it any wonder we don't truck with IQ tests?

Re: Tyrannosaurus Rex: The Giant Kangaroo
IQ tests are designed by geeks and therefore favor the geek response. It's all about shapes and numbers which are important to geeks. Atheists tend to be lonely, uninteresting geeks and so they tend to score well on the tests.
The first question should be,
A) Can you see the glory of God in all that surrounds you?
If they answer no then they are either retarded or just lying. Either way they cannot be trusted to do the test properly. I would also replace the questions, instead of the sequence of shapes it should be about the sequence of Biblical events.

We and monkey are in the same family, so their share our higher intelligence. I do honestly wonder whether you people are in the same family since your intelligence is far down that of the average human.Originally posted by Jack O'fagan View PostYes, what you are looking at microevolutional changes. The modern day kangaroo has proportionally bigger feet that the K Rex. I have bigger feet than my grandad, does that mean that we are a different species?
And do not dismiss donkeys as being brainless. Remember that they have been recorded historically as speaking human language.
Numbers 22:29And Balaam said unto the ass, Because thou hast mocked me: I would there were a sword in mine hand, for now would I kill thee.
30And the ass said unto Balaam, Am not I thine ass, upon which thou hast ridden ever since I was thine unto this day? was I ever wont to do so unto thee? and he said, Nay.
