Its important to look at the number of institutions if its only a few in with small percentage of black children the sample my not be representative. As they could simply just have more gifted black kids. Also if institutions were run by black staff(role models) there is a study that shows that black kids perform significantly better when taught by black role model teacher. So poor white boys apparently have the worst passing rates for GCSES in English state schools, if I read the article correctly. What is your point in coming here, if I may ask?

So much for this idea of Aryan supremacy. Colder environments did not lead to Germanic tribes being superior intellectually to anybody else. If anything, Egypt, Sumeria, Babylon, and other great ancient civilizations were intelligent due to warm environments, not cold ones.

They dont give you figures. From what i know the amount of white impoverished kids in schools is rather small at such they might not create a statistically re-presentable sample.

Its a complex issue. I think barrack can sling bull with the best of them. Is he the best for america. Definitely not. On the other hand if we look at healthcare system it is corrupt and neglects average and below average american charging stupid fees, providing weak service. I just dont think he tackled the problem right. I will never agree with bush though he had a team of remarkable economists and was actually good for US economy (as much as i hate to admit it). As i said its a complex issue.
