Well, I'm not sure what you thought of me before, but you'll think less of me now. I'm not the most religious person. I'm not saying I'm an atheist, but I've never read the bible from start to finish, or go to church, and all that jazz.

So I'm not sure whether or not I'll be welcomed in this community. All I legitimately want to do is peacefully and calmly discuss My Chemical Romance. Is that alright? I'm serious, am I allowed to do that? (That wasn't supposed to sound snappy, I'm literally asking. )

Well, son, it seems to me that there is a reason MCR is so attractive to you. Wouldn't you like to be free from whatever spiritual oppression is keeping you down? Wouldn't you like to be free from confusion and the responsibilities of life that require you to think for yourself and face the consequences of your actions like an independent man? I know I am grateful to have for my guide Christ Jesus who knows all and can do all. It certainly takes the burden off me to have to independently make decisions and solve problems, and to identify and solve new problems that were inadvertently caused by my last solution. So, what I'm saying is that MCR is a fine thing to discuss, but we here at Landover Baptist Church Forum care about the deeper things, the more important things like where your soul will be for eternity.

Think about it, This band has saved life's.

To what end? What's the point in saving someone's life if they still refuse to accept Jesus as their personal LORD and Savior? It's just postponing their inevitable descent into eternal hellfire. Unless they become True Christians(tm) and stop sinning, there's no point in their continued existence.

Without them, I wouldn't be here right now. My Chemical Romance saved my life. Take it from someone who experienced it. They literally saved my life. Now tell me they don't?

You're talking about how they don't save lives, how they're in it for the money? One time, I met them. It was at a concert, yeah, but I wore a short sleeved shirt along with some wristbands. I was getting a picture signed, when he bracelets slid up, and they saw my scars. I thanked them for everything they've done, I told them how much they meant to me, and I cried. They hugged me, they told me they were proud of me, and they told me I was worth it. That's why I stopped. They're the exact opposite of what you're making them out to be.

They were sincere. I love them with all my heart. Yes, I'm a guy, yes, I used to cut, yes, I'm gay. Go ahead and say what you want about me. But back off MCR, because they've done nothing to you, they've done nothing to god, and they've done nothing to earn you people picking on them. They haven't. So lay off, alright?

This isn't a hate-filled letter, this is just my personal experience with MCR. I'm hoping I could have changing your minds, even in the slightest?

Gerard has a daughter, a wife, friends, a brother. Shouldn't you be happy that they could afford a nice house, a house he's able to raise a family in? Isn't that what everyone wants?
