I'd imagine it would consist of a bunch of ugly greasy-haired spekky nerd-types, sitting around, commenting on things they 'claimed' don't exist.

I'd imagine it would be something like THIS -

"Hey, I don't believe in ANY God, dude! I'm a proper Atheist"

"Any God? So what? I don't believe in ANY religion! I'm way-better"

"Don't believe in any religion? So what? I don't even believe atheists exist! And I AM one!"

"Atheists are a myth? So what? I dont even believe in this room I'm sitting in, in fact I don't even believe in this chair I'm sitting on! What proof is there that it exists??"

"Chairs? So what? I don't even believe I exist! In fact, I'm pretty sure none of you are real either! I'm a way-better atheist!"

It's actually pretty pathetic.

Well then, what do you call it if a person simply does not believe in religion, and doesn't really care about Jesus and God and Hell etc. because he does not believe it exists?

Atheists are just people who do not believe in any religions.

Simple as that. Other than that, they are no different from normal - with normal not being the people inhabiting this site - Christians, other than the lack of prayers and whatever you religious people do.

Atheism is a false religion. You say it's a lack of something but then why the 'holy' books like 'the god delusion', 'the end of faith' etc. You have your saints such as Stephen Dawkins. If it's a lack of belief then why the atheist conventions? What do they do? Just sit in a room not saying anything?

True, my friend. I once believed in the superstition of fraudulent secular science and was even a deceived Lutheran at one time. When I found True Christianity™ and the love of Jesus Christ, it was turning point in my life.

Now instead of facing the day with gloom and despair, I leap out of bed each morning with joy at the prospect of being right next to Jesus after this temporary and meaningless mortal life, praise God!

You do know the Bible requires that we obey secular law, right? Perhaps a re-reading of Romans 13 is in order.
