        Brother Mr Mayor, Sir, I'd like to add to that:

        Britain: Prime Minister Theresa Mary May. This small country has 2,000 Baptist churches but only 120,000 Baptists. That's an average of only 60 per church and - much worse - less than 0.2% of the population. Plus, the head of state and head of the "state church" is currently a woman. (I don't mean that she's likely to trans- herself into a man, I just mean that she's old and will soon be dead and replaced by her son.)
