this isn't a direct response to the last post.. I'm just new to the forum :\

Anyway, I think it's safe to say that regardless of the "judging" controversy..if you'll humor me in calling it a controversy... Jesus summed up all of the laws and said to

1) Love your neighbors as yourself
2) Love the Lord with all your...

So I don't know about you guys, but I don't show love by throwing around derogatory and racist remarks (I'm Chinese-American, and I was quite disappointed to see the term "chinks" used by your minister in reference to my people group). We're all God's creation, and all required God's grace and love to be saved. So why aren't we more aware of that? Shouldn't we show the same grace that God shows in forgiving?

Maybe I missed something in my years of being a member of a Baptist church and enrolled in a Baptist school... but I noticed that everything had a more "get yourself right with God, then come to church" than a "Find that God is what you are missing in your life, and leave your old ways behind as you grow in Christ"... Where in the Bible does it say anything about "True Christians"? or "Baptists" being the only denomination going to heaven?

I'll save you the time in analyzing my posts... you can take off the "Unsaved Trash" under my name... I'm not unsaved "trash". I've accepted Christ as my personal Lord and Savior.. or maybe you can leave it. I know I'm saved, believe what you will about me. I currently attend a non-denominational church where I lead worship for the youth group. I feel closer to God than I ever did before. I'm in an active service role... I also plan to be a Music Minister after graduating from college.

The Bible says that we have to be washed clean of sin through Christ's blood. True Christians are the only ones who fit the bill.
