Im a history major and i find the study of religion very interesting. I find it interesting that the Christian faith has picked up several pagan traditions.(pagan means farmer in latin just incase anyone didnt know that.) For example., on christmas you bring a nice pine tree into your home and decorate it. this was done by druids in medevil times as a way to celebrate the shortest day of the year. Several of the saints feasts fall on numerous other "holidays" celebrating anythign from a full moon to the rise in the tide of a lake.

no, i dont think he would. in his time he taught love and respect. He healed sinners and he made saints. i have not heard of him damming someone for disagreeing with him.

All this talk of guns reminds me of the witch roundup a couple years back when Brother Geddon showed up with a surplus M1 Abrahms tank and a couple hundred AP rounds. That was a great day for the Lord, not to mention a heck of a lot of fun. It takes a few rounds to get the hang of the laser range-finding sight, but once you're used to it, it's amazing how accurately you can shoot from a platform bouncing across ditches at 60 miles an hour.

Does anyone know a solider from the church who is here in Iraq? Id very much like to talk with them if you do.

And by the way, don't try to tithe by sending us cases of 10 year old C4 and 1991 HE grenades. We are not easily scammed. A few cases of NEW, UNFIRED M4s with silencers and a battalion basic load of NEW grenades and crew-serves automatic weapons WITH A FEW PALLETS of .50 HE and AP will work, but that crap you are giving away to the Iraqis.....fugheddaboudit. We'd like a couple of Ma-Deuces on 360 degree swivels, too.

While the m-4s are nice and all i prefer my Barret M107 with heat to night vision scope, a nice sand jacket cover and 25 rounds. My spotter though does enjoy his m4 with dot sight and silencer with an added pistol grip. Being a green beret gets you all the best toys.

If you don't have time for Jesus, then you are in deep trouble, pal. Don't you know that Christ is the only thing standing between you and some filthy towelheads home made bomb? Jesus can take you out at any moment. Do you want to die without being Saved(c) by His Grace? I don't think so.

Maybe when you get back to God's favorite country, you could enroll in some classes to teach you how to write using proper American grammar, spelling and punctuation. I'm sure Jesus would appreciate that too.
