Who is Paul writing to? I'll help you out here. Paul is writing to the members of the church at Ephesus. He is telling them to be kind to one another.

As for the unsaved, Paul tells us how to preach to them.

2 Timothy 4:1-2 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.

At least you quoted the entire thing in context. Most unsaved tards only post Matthew 7:1.

The final judgment is up to God, but Jesus tells us to judge righteously.

How could we know who is in need of salvation if we aren't allowed to make certain judgments?

Take for example. A child is standing on the railroad tracks and you see a train coming to squash her. Do you?

A. Figure that it's none of your business and that you should stay out of it.
B. Realize that the child is in danger and scream at them to get off the tracks.

It's no different with Christianity really.
