Actually, sanguinarians only take blood from a willing 'donor'. The donor has to go through a series of medical tests first though, to make sure they don't have HIV/AIDS or any illness that would affect the sanguinarian.

If I found out they were doing something that vile, I would find a way to legally sanction all of their executions.
