1. There is no "11 rules" There is only 5 Pillars of Faith, Which is Believing in 1 God, Prayer, Alms giving, Fasting, and Journey to Hajj.
2. That "rule" you posted goes AGAINST the Quran:

[16:127] You shall resort to patience - and your patience is attainable only with GOD's help. Do not grieve over them, and do not be annoyed by their schemes.

[4:86] When greeted with a greeting, you shall respond with a better greeting or at least an equal one. GOD reckons all things.

I would be dumbstruck amazed.
In my line of work I have tended to see most mooselems through good optics.
Usually that means they're a heartbeat away from being the ones minus a head.
Telling them apart from good Christians is easy.
