Yes, but it also says "thou shalt not suffer a witch to live." Obviously, GOD would never contradict Himself, so you must be taking Exodus 20:13 out of context. As I understand it, the witches commit suicide by not being Christians. That's hardly our fault, now is it?

I do not wish to offend anyone here but I do not wish to be saved as I have seen what people of the church can do. They can be very cruel and the idea of killing another person or living thing (and Witches are living humans) is totally dispicable. I do respect everyone here but I would like to know how you could possible kill and not go to hell for God created everything that walks on earth and that includes every human, animal, plant and creature. So I am still confused about how anyone can't go to hell for murder

If God commanded us to sit around and wait for Him to take vengance, then we would. Instead, He tells us:
Exodus 22:18 Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live.

Now, would you or the Joo care to tell us how you interpret that as meaning that we should suffer a witch to live?
