Re: The Garden of Eden is in Missouri??

Oh boy, do I smell superstition, gullibility and Satanism.

This is the ‘evidence' upon which the entire story is based,
    Joseph Smith taught
No evidence here – he simply made it up and repeated it to some uneducated and fearful settlers so everything else is based upon sand
that Adam, just prior to his death,
Bear in mind this was about 5,000 years ago, so how did he know?
called Seth, Enos, Cainan, Mahalaleel, Jared, Enoch and Methuselah, as well as the "residue of his posterity who were righteous,'
who, strangely at this time were recorded as being in what is now Israel
    to Adam-ondi-Ahman.
A made up name if ever I heard one.
It was there he "bestowed upon them his last blessing" (Doctrine and Covenants 107:53).
Something that God apparently omitted to mention in KJV1611.
    Mormon Apostle John Widtsoe wrote,
"Since Adam called together seven generations of his descendants at Adam-ondi-Ahman,
This guy has bought the story – how likely can it be that his IQ exceed his height in inches?
it can well be believed that there was his old homestead.
Of course it can be believed! I suspect if we look hard we will find a fossilized Hummer! What is more reasonable than calling God a liar?
If so, the Garden of Eden was probably not far distant,
I suppose that depends on whether or not you had Boeing 747 for the journey of over 7,500 miles or not.

Who can believe this unsubstantiated garbage? Who in their right mind is going to trust their immortal soul to a fairy story that has not the slightest shred of evidence?

Dear Lord, I must be growing old – my patience with idiots is wearing thin, yet I still feel compelled to describe the great Truth and Beauty of God to all.

They would probably just tell you he came over in a boat, just like Nephi and those other daemons did.

Sorry but nowhere in the KJV does it say "Eden was in Missouri", therefore I cannot believe that this is true.
