So you guy say that the KJV are the only true words of god. But I've got news for ya, KJV stands for the "King James VERSION." This book does not contain the true words of Jesus or God. It's some guys version from the middle ages who just wanted to gain control over his country through the use of "godly" threats. He would claim himself a messenger of god and tell people that what he said were the words of god himself and if they didn't comply they'd just go strait to hell. Not a nice guy.And since at the time every one HAD to have the SAME religion as the king, there was no getting out of his demands. You can't prove this wrong with bible passages like you just so bluntly disprove all of the claims against you. Cause why would a King want to have been found out to be a liar?

Have you ever read the Bible? Read about the people God uses to write for Him, all were far from perfect. To be used by God, you don't have to be perfect. King James was not perfect whatsoever. No KJVO worships King James. I encourage you to read my thread called "The Originals". You will understand why God has preserved His pure words in the King James Bible. The new versions take out important verses and words. Please pray about this and study more about this issue.

St. Jerome is revered as a great Saint in our church. He LOVED the Bible, and translated it into the then-common language of Latin (it is known as the Vulgate).

Jerome was a filthy pervert who twisted the Truth of God's Word. In his epistle to the Corinthians, Paul the Apostle asks: (1 Corinthians 9:5) ‘Have we not power to lead about a sister, a wife, as well as other apostles, and as the brethren of the Lord, and Cephas?’ The message is clear. Paul is asking if he has the power to lead about a wife as the other apostles do. A translation from 383 AD reads (translated into English) ‘a sister as a wife’ (this isn’t as bad as it sounds, here sister is being used metaphorically.) But a translation by Jerome from a few short years later reads ‘a sister as a woman’ (using the word ‘mulier’, which can mean woman or wife.) No-one knows why Jerome felt the need to twist God's Word, but I'm pretty sure it had a lot to do with queerness. He also gayed up the already despicable "Book of Tobit", and quoted the PAGAN Seneca in preference to the Bible you claim he was so keen on.

That sounds like a punishment to me. "and no skilled artisan of any craft shall ever again be found in you" sounds like someone is saying that he shall never have the enjoyment of any pleasure what so ever. That says nothing against the flute.

So that dosn't prove anything. Cause like always you talk things exacltey for what they say in a book FILLEd to the brim with metaphores. And it looks to me that you just searched "flute" in an online copy of the bible and posted all you found here with ouy reading it for what it really means.

First, I seriously doubt that you really play all those instruments, other than to produce some objectionable noise (much like your posts here). But for the moment I will indulge you briefly here. There is a great deal written on this Godly Forum about music and musical instruments if you would only take your snot encrusted little fingers and use the "search" function. Your apparent wealth of knowledge is something you gained primarily through osmosis.

Flute = Sissy instrument, mainly played by women and only in the home.

Clarinet = Utilizes a closed tube resonator that diminishes even partials (which is responsible for its "Dark Tone" - and we here at Landover don't cotton to "dark" things, like Goths, Satan or Clarinets).

Oboe = Like all double reed instruments, including the Bassoon and "English Horn" (definitely gay), the reeds are shaped like a clove hoof, and is designed to bring forth the devil.

Most brass instruments are exempt because even though they are closed tube resonators, they contain conical sections that remove most of the objectionable sounds.

If you are a composer (as you "claim" to be), you should know enough to stay away from tritones (augmented 4th and the diminished 5th) and the diminished seventh in order to save your immortal soul.

You have no idea what your talking about. augmented 4th and diminished 5th are the same thing. the diminished 7th as well as tri-tones are very useful and interesting chords. and nah, your not controlling just like King James. Let me try to bring this down to your level. Your parents gave birth to you and are responsible for your upbringing and education. You fail your history studies miserably and you don't expect some kind of punishment? Good Christian parents at a minimum would cut off your Wii.

Put yourself in God's shoes for a moment. You create a universe and put some people in it and give them free will. All you ask for is a little thanks, and some praise perhaps. How would you feel if your creation chose to go about sodomizing each other, as well as the rest of the animal kingdom? Of course God kills, and so would you if you were faced with a similar problem.

Well, I would never be faced with the same situation b/c I don't believe in god, but I were to go on hypothetically, I would NEVER kill anyone, because there is hope for everyone. If you've every seen the movie Bruce Almighty (I am quite sure you havn't) that is exactly what I do, when you say someone needs to die, I go to them and show them down the right path. If they were to get lost in the forest, you say "MY forest, I kill you!" I'd say, "Here let me show you where you need to be. And no one brought up sadomizing here, so lets leave that out of it. And the point isn't EXACTLY what year he had it translated, what matters is that in the process he changed SEVERAL things in order to have an excuse for threatening people's lives.
