    Still the point isn't where it came from or what document it's on.....
    it's that its there
    and if you'll go back and look and the first time said tose words you'll see that I said "that kind of thing"
    so there was no direct quote from anything, that's just the general Idea of what is portrayed. AND that is what I was getting at, not what freakin document it's in......

    You say the literal meanings of something has changed. Friend, the Declaration of Independence means the exact same thing today as it did then.

    Since the Bible is the literal Word of God and nothing else, the only way you can possibly have 100% accuracy in translation is if you don't translate it at all. That's why I learned Hebrew to read the original Old Testament and Latin and Aramic to read the original New Testament.

    That may have been tru for the 18th century when they wrote it

    Now, if you want to argue the merits of the DofI, we can do that too.
