Well if I told you what I play you probably would know what it is, I expect it would be way to complicated for you. Do you know what an Oboe is?

St. Jerome is revered as a great Saint in our church. He LOVED the Bible, and translated it into the then-common language of Latin (it is known as the Vulgate).

"Love the Bible and wisdom will love you"

I never said he WROTE it himself, I'm not stupid. If he himself wrote it would be called King James' Bible not the King James Version. DUH. And the point isn't EXACTLY what year he had it translated, what matters is that in the process he changed SEVERAL things in order to have an excuse for threatening people's lives. "I am the word of god, he speaks through me. And therefore if you don't do what I say, with the wrath of god I will kill you and send you to hell!" Is probably something of how it went.

It's some guys version from the middle ages who just wanted to gain control over his country through the use of "godly" threats. He would claim himself a messenger of god and tell people that what he said were the words of god himself and if they didn't comply they'd just go strait to hell. Not a nice guy.And since at the time every one HAD to have the SAME religion as the king, there was no getting out of his demands. You can't prove this wrong with bible passages like you just so bluntly disprove all of the claims against you. Cause why would a King want to have been found out to be a liar?

Friend, we've discussed the word neighbour several times on this forum. I live near a bunch of squirrels, would that make them my neighbour? No, a neighbour is a nearby object of the same kind. Friend, I'm a True Christian™ others my be in proximity to me, but they are not of the same kind. They are hellbound. They are not my neighbour.

Friend, you claim that I am brainwashed. The same could probably be said of you. When your teacher informed you that Lincoln gave the Gettysburg address, you were brainwashed. I'd rather have my brain washed with the blood of Jesus and wind up in heaven, than have it be corrupted by liberal secular teachers.

Remember, you came here, we didn't go find you.

Well, your in America. When in Rome.......
When you said "What are you doing here?" I figured you meant her as in this forum, not an the internet itself. What am I doing on the internet? ....surfing.

Every living thing has the right to live, every living thing is my neighbor. So yes, a squirrel is my neighbor.

My "brain washing " is backed by every living right minded person on this planet, yours is backed by some book that some king had translated to English so he control his people. You prove everything with that stupid little book, it doesn't have all the answers. I can GUARANTEE you that it has nothing to say SPECIFICALLY about why gasoline burns or why the sky is blue or what in the world are those freaky fish that live five miles beneath the sea?!?!?

You found him huh? More like brain washed. You couldn't think for yourself if you were given the chance. And everyone has found god, every person creates god in an image of themselves. So thus a religion is just a bunch of people with the same god.

Soften my heart to Jesus? I've got nothing wrong with the guy. It's just his fan club (you) than are the issue.

And don't think I've heard all of what you can say before either, and I'm well prepared and well used to it by now.

Love thy neighbor, and we are all neighbors in the fact that we are all human.

Friend, If you don't believe in the God of the Bible, then why are you here? You aren't going to un-convert anyone here. You aren't going to get anyone here to say, "my gosh, I never thought of that".

We've heard it all before. Many of us have even said the things that you might say. However, we found True Faith. We found God. We found Jesus.

Are you looking for Him, or just out to try and confuse people?

Friend, soften your heart to Jesus.
