I never said I was Wiccan - I said I am Pagan. Wicca is one "denomination" of Paganism, just as Baptist is one denomination of Christianity.

I love Ayn Rand's writing - my favorite Ayn Rand novel is "The Fountainhead" with "Anthem" coming in second.

I like the Libertarians because their platform pretty much embodies the idea of individual freedom and self-reliance.

• This issue of Open Circle, published at the time the pro-life organization, Operation Rescue National, held an event in Melbourne, Florida, alerted Central Florida area Wiccans and Pagans, "... steps are being taken to protect not only Aware Woman, but a woman's right to choose. Work is being done mundanely, financially, and magically, to help get through the next few months and beyond."

• Readers of Open Circle were encouraged to become "clinic escorts" and were told how they could help fund the South Brevard National Organization of Woman's program to "help low income women have abortions."

• Wiccans were also encouraged to work their magic on the area surrounding the Aware Woman abortion clinic: "... many individuals and groups have been helping to magically protect the building and property ... This has been done by magical and psychic shielding being put on and around the property...."

So let me ask you this, devil-boy. If Wicca is really a 'harmless religion all about peace and loving nature', then why are they sacrificing babies? Why are they setting up abortion clinics as fronts for pre-born ritual Child sacrifice? Well the answer is simple, it is not. Wicca is the re-packaging of Satanism for billions of naive' teens across America, and has been very successful. So successful now that their Wiccan abortion clinics are working overtime, almost like a giant Satanic child sacrificing factories.

Paganism and wicca are superstitions that have no rational root in the consensual universe. There is no evidence that these beliefs are anything more than delusional crackpottery.

Where superstition is honored, ignorance must lead and folly treads close behind.

Wicca, as I get very tired of explaining, is the creation of Gerald Gardner, with a substantial contribution from Doreen Valiente and quite a bit of plagiarism from Aleister Crowley. It does not stem from any ancient religion, European, pagan, or Pastafarian.

Paganism itself is merely a catch-all term for folk superstitions, polytheistic nonsense, and -- in practice -- anything outside the Abrahamic monotheistic tradition.

In other words, in its general sense it is a nearly meaningless categorization.

As far as more specific usages, it just denotes whatever superstition the new-age fruitroll using it wants it to. You can be a neo-Druid worshiper, a LaVeyan "satanist", a Shinto, a Hanguski Walrus Pantheon worshiper, or a worshiper of the Great and Wonderful Array of Cream Pies, and call yourself a pagan.

It doesn't mean anything, really. Except that a "pagan" is a superstitious irrationalist with a hazy, lazy mind.
