Are there any hungry Christians? Sometimes it's easy to focus on a single aspect of Christ's message without considering the context of His words or the social activity taking place at the time. In the following instance He addresses several aspects of error and offers reassurance to concerned individuals. The highlighted (blue) section is most pertinent here but the context is also important. Was Jesus speaking about special metaphorical food or actual real food?

Luke 12:1-59

When I hear someone suggesting that Jesus never made any promises about food or clothing, whether they were important or not, whether if they were not important He wouldn't bother providing them, I wonder if they accept anything He said? Are they saying that Christians can expect to go hungry? Perhaps the words attributed to Jesus are not what He said. Maybe there were no words spoken on this subject because there wasn't a Jesus to say anything. Is that what they're claiming?

Because if not, how do they distinguish when Jesus was lying and when He was telling the truth? They must hold that it's lying if they accept the only record we have that Jesus existed. The only alternative is for parts of The New Testament to be made-up credenda for some nefarious purpose, in which case they need to explain

1. what was that purpose and
2. which parts are false?

So far they have not done so.

So, this atheist jerk, Ben Hart, is driving his vehicle all over with "IM GOD" out there for all to see. The state could have fed many widows and orphans with those lawyers fees of $150,000. But, no, atheists don't care about widows and orphans and made the state spend that large sum defending God from blasphemy.

Thank the Lord that Ohio isn't a socialist state then. Battling an atheist in court was a far better use of $150,000 than feeding the poor. Ideally, that money should've gone back to the wealthy job creators it was stolen from. Even burning it in the parking lot to combat currency inflation would be a better use.

What really makes me mad is when atheists play their little games and it costs us Christian taxpayers money. Last year there was a flat out blasphemy committed by an atheist in Independence, Kentucky. The State of Kentucky was forced to spend $150,000 to bury the blasphemy but the courts just let it go on.

The atheist, Ben Hart, requested a license plate with the words, "IM GOD" on it. Why should the State of Kentucky, or any other state, allow ridicule of Christians by allowing this license plate to been see by everyone? It would make no sense what-so-ever to allow it. The State of Kentucky wisely refused to allow "IM GOD" on the license plate.

Two Satanic groups, Freedom From Religion and ACLU, took Kentucky to court. You can almost predict when something like this goes to court Satan will win. That's what happened.

I've been thinking about this for quite some time. There is only one True Religion ™. Baptists Christianity ®.
All the rest are false and chock full of lies, deceit and flim~flam.
You can live or you can die. The method with which you live or dies matters. Once you are dead, your choices cease to have an imapct.


When dying, you can go peacefully in your sleep or slowly, caught in industrial machinery fort a long weekend, with no one to hear your screams but God and Satan, placing bets on how much time you have left. You want God to win and take you quickly. But what if you were following a false religion? God will not be taking you to Heaven to nuzzle Him and be held to His Manly Nurturing Bosom. He already knows you are going to Hell. So you are stuck there, massive, unrelenting pain, praying to a God that does not exist because you chose poorly. Only hearing the faint laughter of Satans chuckles, cold coming over you followed by waves of heat. Satan keep you alive just enough to suffer as much as possible before you give into his siren song. Totally alone in your slow death. You consider your life and all your mistakes, wishing you could of done things differently. Though no one is listening.


I guess my point is, if there is no one listening to you in your time of need, does it really matter which false deity you 'follow'? They do not exist so what is the point?

Because based on your syntax in the two posts so far, your American is pretty much excellent. In fact, the perfect syntax suggests that you are, indeed, a native speaker of the American language.
