I did not read the entire 230 pages, it would of been too much for a female mind. Also the stupidity and hate that I saw on the pages I have read almost made me faint.

I don't understand these people coming on here and saying that she shouldn't have to marry her rapist. Well of course she doesn't HAVE to marry him. If she hadn't been blessed from the union she could spend the rest of her life as a spinster, after all what man in his right mind would want to marry used goods? I may be athiest, BUT I have always had respect for the religions people believed, however today this has shown to have its flaws. And to be fair half of the UK is not religious, and most of the others worship a different religion/god, so this has never been an issue.

Anyway, getting back on the subject, there is no way to put rape right (so to speak). The only sort of justice would be to send the offender to prison and make him face the hurt and pain he caused that child.
I do not agree that, that girl should be forced into a marriage with someone that took away her dignity and innocence, and be made to keep the baby that violent attack created, if she does not wish to.
Now I am 100% against abortion but when it comes to cases like this, if it makes it easier for the girl to come to terms with and recover from then so be it, imagine what she would feel towards that child everyday knowing what had been done to her to concieve that baby. You seem to be confused also. We are not saying rape is good. We are say often there is a reason that it happened and could be prevented. We are also saying once it has happened, there are steps to follow per the Bible. We are not just making stuff up. We are following Biblical Law!

That is your personal decision in life, and your way of bringing up children. Personally I would not agree with that, yes supervise them but how would a child learn indapendance by being too sheltered by their parents?
