Alright, I'm sorry. I haven't had the time to read this entire thread, but when I saw this I was filled with so much anger, that I had to reply. I'm sorry if I mention something that has already been said.

But this is disgusting. I can't believe anyone could consider forceing their daughter to marry their rape victim. You can't go around aimlessly accusing girls of being sluts just because they were raped. No one deserves to be raped. Even if she walked around wearing revealing clothing, that doesn't mean she was asking to be raped. If she wanted to have sex with him, she would have said "hey there, let's go have sex".

In fact, this whole website is disgusting. Everyone on here is disgusting. If god is someone who would support some girl being raped than I don't want to go to heaven, because that sounds like hell to me.

1) That was a very nice summary. In response to the whole biblical passage, it sounds like it pretty much does prove what you're trying to say. Except that just because it's written down doesn't mean that we have to follow it. Whether or not it's real, that doesn't mean we have to follow it. I mean, that passage is basically making women objects that can be bought. Forcing women into marrying you because you had sex with them and then paid their dad is so obviously wrong. Marriage shouldn't be something you have to do. It should be something you want to do.

2) Sorry. I assumed that since you guys are referring to him as a “rapist” that he did actually rape her. And by saying that “rape victims” are whores, I assumed you were referring to girls who were actually forced into having sex. I mean, obviously having sex with someone and then accusing them of raping you when they didn’t is wrong. I am hoping that I was completely misunderstood and that you guys weren’t saying that girls who are forced against their will into having sex were whores and that the people who did it to them were victims. Because I know someone who actually got raped (as in forced into sex against her will, she did no “seducing”, just to avoid future miscommunication) and she most definitely isn’t a whore.
