Illinois, eh? Are you closer to Sodom-on-the-Lake or SINt. Louis? Do you spend weekends bent over on Halsted Street, or in the Truck Stop restroom on I-55?
Disgusting. And YOU'RE the one complaining about living too close... Get right with The Lord, son, before you catch the AIDS.
He seems like the sort of sick homer who'd probably live in some degenerate quasi-French town like Champaign.
O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it--for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.
God being truth, justice, goodness, beauty, power, and life, man is falsehood, iniquity, evil, ugliness, impotence, and death. God being master, man is the slave. Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.
Stuff and nonsense Brother Monty! If your grand nephew doesn't have a pistol to play with by the age of 5 he will be firmly on the path toward sissification. I recall getting my first pistol from my uncle Donald "Rummy" Rumsfeld on my 4th birthday. It was an old Walther P-38, one that his father had taken off a dead wop in Italy during WW2. Oh how I loved to shoot that thing at the piccaninnie servants for target practice. Ah, memories.
Pfft. Projectile weapons are for pansies (aka sissy's) who can't stand to feel the blood of their opponent wash over their hand once the blade pierces through their viscera. Anyone can shoot someone from a distance you just have to point and move your finger. But to shank, disembowel, or just plain stab someone up close and personal where you can feel their breath, see the look in their eyes, and hear the splatter of their blood, now that takes some nerve.

The boy is only 5. Give him some time.

The rule of thumb employed since the .22 gallery rifle was developed is that when the youngster is as tall as the rifle, he gets one of his own. Prior to that, it was determined by whether or not he could load, prime, cock, heft the weight and fire a muzzleloader accurately enough to 'bark' a squirrel.

Knives are good, cuz they don't make any noise. I think that's another reason.
Can you two 16year old's stop acting like you've actually gutted anyone?
You probably haven't even gutted a dead fish in your mothers kitchen.
If thou be wise, thou shalt be wise for thyself: But if thou scornest, thou alone shalt bear it. A foolish woman is clamorous: She is simple, and knoweth nothing. Proverbs 9:12-13

You're right I haven't gutted anyone, but I have stabbed and cut them. That's what happens in sparring matches with weapons. Have you ever raised a sword to someone SS?
Of course.. you seem to think that's something special?
But I for one do not do the work of the LORD deceitfully nor keep my sword back from blood. Cursed be he that doeth the work of the LORD deceitfully, and cursed be he that keepeth back his sword from blood. Jeremiah 48:10
You still seem to have us confused with FALSE John 3:16 Christians.. but many among our congregation has atleast killed a witch or two.
In fact, we're probably the last Church left in the world to still honor Exodus 22:18.
That's part of the reason we're Jesus favourite Church, because we follow ALL of the commandments.

Reason: Typing error on "hobby"
No, I'm a True Christian™ who honor the LORD's commandments.
Since I was saved and cleansed by Jesus blood, I have never killed anything that HE didn't command me to kill.
Praise Jesus!

But you don't even own one.. Can't be too impressive a collection.

I thought you claimed to live on a farm? Sixteen years old, but you've never so much as gutted a fish? I bet when your accursed family have to get ready for meals, you're too busy baking fairy cakes with your mummy or individually hand-wrapping your pink flapjacks to do any of that icky stuff, is that it?

Well, I'm glad I don't go to school with this murderous goth. I bet it's a gook, too.
