I just wanted to say that you are scum. Now before you say I lack religion or relogious knowledge, I was raised Roman Catholic. Now. Down to buisness. You beat your children for doing something perfectly natural for their age. Don't ask me for bible entries or something, it is fact. So let me get this straight. Marching into a peaceful church community and accusing people of being scum is your version of taking the moral high ground. You've been raised by a pedophilia cult and can't provide a single instance of Biblical reasoning for your rants, but we should trust you anyway. You accuse us of being cruel for raising our children the way our faith commands, and suggest we should have been punished before having children because that's more moral than employing a natural consequence for a sinful addiction that would otherwise end with the child burning alive for all eternity in the Lake of Fire.

Now, is the bible really the all-knowing word of god? Is it really just the ultimate high ground on morals? No! Its like a folktale in the way it has been told down the generations, it went 4 years and then a few people pulled together with contradicting opinions on what happened and wrote the bible. And then it was copied, and then copied the copy, so we don't even have a copy of a copy of a copy of a copy. So the general idea has stayed the same, but the tiny details may have changed over time. If we are all god's creation, and we all have a sense of right and wrong, then shouldn't we have the slightest idea? Besides the 1600 year old book, in an age of slavery and murder, shouldn't we all know for ourselves what is right and wrong? Now if you believe god's creations do not have a conscience then I don't know what to tell you. Just because you read the bible does not mean you have the ultimate moral high ground. In fact, because you are either incapable or unwilling to think outside of your narrow and shortsighted idea of morals, means you are probably wrong. And on this, you are wrong. You are cutting up someone's genitals for something where, if you think about it, has nothing wrong with it at all, unless you hate pleasure and happiness. I encourage you to feel god inside of you and base your actions on that, instead of the contradicting opinions (with at the very least questionable morals) of people who died hundreds of years ago. Now if you refuse to believe that you, yourself, can know what is right and wrong, then you shouldn't be making these decisions. People who feel "god" inside of them produce widely differing and often mutally exclusive bodies of doctrine. How can they all be right? (Hint: It's logically impossible for them all to be right, but it's logically possible for them all to be wrong.) People who feel "god" inside of them and base their actions on that often think that "god" approves of pedophilia and of sheltering pedophiles, but, since you were brought up Catholic, you surely already know that. -murdering innocent children
-raining fire on a city of people because he's bored
-making someone commit genocide for a few animal species
-made someone sacrifice their child just to see if he'd do it
-makes people commit horrible genital mutilation for no good reason, which is severely damaging (circumcision)
-supports rape, incest, and slavery
So yeah, I don't think god has a correct concept of morals.

I think you might be on the verge of a major breakthrough into True Christianity™.

You've just realized that God is not your average nice guy. On the contrary, He is beyond the good and bad that we perceive as humans. God's GOOD for us is to submit and obey and BELIEVE. This can be a life-changing realization and experience and lead to your spiritual re-birth. God's EVIL is the opposite, not trusting Him, questioning Him, superimposing our mortal values and niceties on Him, when He is much more.

God has Created all. He's Created our good and our evil.

Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

That is something we have to accept without any reservations. That way we can become one of His chosen. Yes, people are killed, yes, God commands this; He will send unbelievers into the Furnace. No questions. No need to ask WHY? It JUST IS THAT WAY. You have now seen this magnificent and terrifying aspect of God. Most false Christians NEVER get that far. Congratulations!

This separates True Christians™ from false Christians. The capability of believing in God in His totality. Trusting God enough to know what Abraham knew. Being totally submissive and sacrifycing our own son if He asks for it. No questions! It is our part in life to obey. If we are pleasing to God, He will perhaps reward us. Still, it is up to Him. We won't decide. That way comes the ™, the trademark. It is the sign that we accept all of God! You can do the same and join God's chosen people!

God does what He does, He commands what He commands, He is what He is.

How nice! I still think you show promise... Certainly you can put a label of ignorance on us, it's OK. It provides you a hiding place and an illusion of superiority. Can't you see? It is the same with the Bible and the World. To know God's Word and to know His Creation. Obviously, one way to observe is to read and to know intimately also the other side, the fallen world, the naturalist mindset, the secular novelist, the pagan psyche.

To read the Bible is to worship. To read secular knowledge is to fight for God against ignorance and comfortable but ultimately false interpretations of His Word. God is what He is. The world is what it is. To accept. To obey. There's a reward in eternity. It is worth all the initial doubt and questioning.

And the first step, you have taken it. To understand that God is beyond good and evil. He is the source of good and evil.
